Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager to lead our Sales team as a Team Leader. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in real estate sales, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role will involve managing and mentoring a team of Lifestyle Asset Advisors, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Lifestyle Asset Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

  • Monitor and evaluate the team’s sales performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support where necessary.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee client negotiations and guide the team through the entire sales process to ensure successful closures.

  • Ensure proper management of CRM system, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.

  • Drive and monitor the achievement of sales KPIs and revenue targets across the team.

  • Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with marketing efforts and generate quality leads.

  • Track payment schedules and ensure timely collection of revenue as per agreed terms.

  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure smooth financial transactions and reporting.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on market trends, sales performance, and team development needs.
