Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager to lead our Sales team as a Team Leader. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in real estate sales, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role will involve managing and mentoring a team of Lifestyle Asset Advisors, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Lifestyle Asset Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Monitor and evaluate the team’s sales performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support where necessary.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Oversee client negotiations and guide the team through the entire sales process to ensure successful closures.
Ensure proper management of CRM system, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.
Drive and monitor the achievement of sales KPIs and revenue targets across the team.
Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with marketing efforts and generate quality leads.
Track payment schedules and ensure timely collection of revenue as per agreed terms.
Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure smooth financial transactions and reporting.
Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on market trends, sales performance, and team development needs.
