Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Developer, Importer, Power

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

• Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from a recognized university.

• Enrollment as an Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council is mandatory.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Developer, Importer, Power

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in handling civil and criminal cases.

• Must hold valid Bar Council membership.

• Strong knowledge of civil laws (land, contract, property, family matters) and criminal laws (trial procedures, bail, rights of accused & victims).

• Excellent drafting, vetting, and legal research skills.

• Ability to represent the company independently before courts and tribunals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters.

About Us

Welcare Consortium Limited is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the position of Legal Officer (Civil & Criminal Cases). The selected candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to civil and criminal cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and providing strategic legal support to the company.

• Handle land-related disputes (ownership, registration, partition, demarcation, lease, mortgage, transfer of property).

• Pursue contractual and commercial disputes (agreement enforcement, breach of contract, partnership disputes).

• Manage corporate and labor law matters (employment disputes, company law compliance, business agreements).

• Prepare, file, and defend civil suits, appeals, writ petitions, and injunctions.

• Provide legal vetting of property documents, deeds, and agreements to safeguard company interests.

• Represent the company in civil courts, High Court Division (where applicable), and tribunals.

• Liaise with land offices, sub-registry offices, and government authorities regarding documentation.

• Prepare complaints, rejoinders, and liaise with law enforcement agencies.

• Ensure protection of company rights in criminal investigations and proceedings.

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Provide legal advice to management on compliance, regulatory, and dispute matters
