Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for various corporate, legal and regulatory matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, legal compliance, law and regulations, policies, disputes, claim, litigation etc.
∎ All recommendations which the Legal Officer makes must be in complete compliance with the law, and must also strive to minimize risk for their organization.
∎ Review various agreement templates. Prepare standard template of agreement.
∎ Analyze the actions and decisions of the company in order to identify problem areas, suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk as much as possible.
∎ Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors. Design and oversee the company & rescues policy and position on legal matters. Project the company against legal risks and violations. Examine the legal issues related to new products and services. Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
∎ Formulate the best possible legal solution after analyzing the legal problem in depth.
∎ Analyzes and researches the implication of laws, legislation, etc., that may affect the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Excellent analytical, researching and drafting skills.
∎ Technical understanding of the Company's business and operations
∎ Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations
∎ High attention to detail
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Ability to prepare complex legal documents
∎ Learning attitude

Salary: Negotiable
