Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Solid Court/chamber practices experience 5-12 years.

• In-house counsels from Banks Legal Division will get preference.

• Membership of a Bangladesh Bar Council and a District Bar is a must.

• Highly skilled in Computer operation including MS Word and Excel is a must.

• Sound typing skill in both Bengali and English are a must.

• Filing various cr. cases/civil suits against defaulter clients and attending court cases.

• Monitoring and following up cases/suits pending before subordinate courts and High Court Division.

• Attending in the subordinate courts and High Court Division with the bank panel lawyers.

• Reporting of updated position of the cases/suits status to the management as a routine matter.

• To pursue law chamber, court officials for obtaining the copy of court verdicts, any interim order, certified copy of judgment and decree within shortest possible time.

• To work under the supervision of Head of Legal Division as per his direction and strategy for early disposal of pending cases/suits.

• Any other task assigned by the authority for the interest of the Bank.

• To upload case data in Litigation Management Software as regular basis.
