Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working on all compliance & HR issue practiced by organization
∎ Executing disciplinary action as per Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Analyzing the reason behind workers' unrest issues & take legal immediate action as per the uncertain situation
∎ Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
∎ Proper maintaining all files and documents with confidence.
∎ Any other job assigned in time to time by authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006
∎ Must be proactive
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Interested to work in a team
