Additional Requirements:

· Solid Court/chamber practices experience 3-5 years.

· In-house counsels from Banks Legal Division will get preference.

· Membership of a Bangladesh Bar Council and a District Bar is a must.

· Highly skilled in Computer operation including MS Word and Excel is a must.

· Sound typing skill in both Bengali and English are a must.  



Responsibilities & Context:

· Scrutinizing the credit related property documents and provide legal opinion before disbursement.

· Identifying lapses, forwarding of the observations with wanting documents to Branches and concern Division/ Department of the bank.

· To contact with the external counsels and attend their chambers on behalf of the bank regarding legal opinion, referred matters etc.

· Conduct searching of the authenticity/legality of title documents in the concerned govt. office, like Sub-Registrar/AC (Land) office.

· Maintain and update database of the documentation files and generate report as per the requirement of the management of the bank. 

· Maintaining liaison with panel lawyers and other stakeholders.

· Any other task assigned by the authority for the interest of the Bank.
