Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Enrollement as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Title Search/Verification of property related documents e.g. Title deed, Mutation order, Deed of Power of Attorney, Mortgage permission etc. at the concerned govt. offices.
∎ Make liaison with different govt. authorities e.g. Sub-Registration Office, Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK), National Housing Authority (NHA) etc. for completion of assigned jobs.
∎ Execute company secretarial function.
∎ Primarily responsible for providing high quality advice to the organization on major legal issues and problems.
∎ Will be responsible for checking of drafted Purchase/Rent Agreement, Purchase/Rent Deed, Sale Deed, Power of Attorney etc.
∎ Will be responsible to handle VAT, TAX, others as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ He should possess excellent analytical, researching and drafting skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take good decisions based on judgment are absolutely essential.
∎ He should be keep himself updated with all the legal laws and should be able to apply them in the given situation.
∎ He should be an excellent team player with the ability to prioritize work, especially when some deadlines need to be met.
∎ Ability to handle complex situation.

Salary: Negotiable
