• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• Barrister-at-Law degree will be added advantage.

• Practical experience in handling labor, commercial, contractual, and shipping/logistics-related cases.

• Enrollment as an Advocate of the Bar Council will be preferred.

• Strong command of corporate, labor, and commercial law with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

• Provide legal advice and support on all company matters including contracts, agreements, leases, and compliance issues.

• Represent the company in all legal proceedings related to corporate, commercial, labor, vendor, and customer disputes.

• Handle labor and employment-related cases before labor courts and relevant authorities; advise on HR and industrial relations matters.

• Pursue and manage cases relating to money realization from customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Manage legal issues related to shipping, logistics, transportation, and customs operations; ensure compliance with trade and maritime laws.

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, notices, and correspondence to protect the company’s interests.

• Liaise with external lawyers, regulators, and government bodies; monitor the progress and outcomes of legal cases.

• Advise management on legal risks, policy implications, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
