Airline, GSA, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing market potentially and recommend for additional sales effort, sales channels, increase in operational efficiency to enhance profitability.
∎ Implementing strategic and tactical business development initiatives across the market in Bangladesh.
∎ Preparing annual budget and monitoring appropriate allocations and usage of the budget.
∎ Ensuring telesales staffs' sales target, time management for per customer and number of targeted calls are achieved.
∎ Coordinating with team and take necessary step to ensure the service as well as ensure revenue.
∎ Preparing and send monthly and quarterly report to the management.
∎ Supervising Reservation & Ticketing team activities, customer service in sales counter to achieve sales target, company goal and desired customer satisfaction.
∎ Handling unsatisfied customers to defuse grievance through one on one discussion, explanation and counseling having a proven track record to win and convince customers.
∎ Verifying ADM and resend to finance with comments, monitoring Agencies GDS abuse and take necessary action to minimize it.
∎ Supervising frequent flyer/ guest complaints and frequently visiting Corporate offices, TMCs if necessary to achieve sales target.
∎ Leading, conducting team weekly meeting, fortnight motivational meeting and monthly training for team members to groom and develop them to ensure high performance of Reservation Team, preparing staff roster and maintain record of team.
∎ Cooperation with Sales, Finance, Guest control and Business Solution Team directly.
∎ Playing a key role to recruit right candidate and conducting training whenever needed.

∎ Expertise on office packages.
∎ Expertise on airline GDS system SABRE, Amadeus, CUPID.
∎ Expertise on passenger / agent management.
∎ Interpersonal and analytical capability.
