Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and maintain strong professional networks with key stakeholders across defense, government, and semi-government organizations to identify and pursue tender opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze government procurement portals and tender announcements to ensure timely participation in relevant bids.
  • Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals in coordination with internal departments to meet compliance and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively persuade, influence, and provide tailored solutions to customers based on their operational needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients, factories, and institutional buyers to promote and expand the safety shoe business.
  • Identify new business opportunities within industrial sectors, ensuring sustainable sales growth and market penetration.
  • Strengthen liaison and collaboration for export business development with both BSO and non-BSO customers, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Collection teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely product availability, and on-schedule delivery.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, tender success rates, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company in external meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to enhance visibility and establish market leadership.
