Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in HRM from any reputed University. MBA major in HRM from any reputed University along with Advanced Certificate in Business Administration (ACBA) from IBA, Dhaka University will be preferred
∎ No Third Class/Division/Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records is allowed

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Candidates who have working experience in Human Resources Management functions specially in the areas of HR Strategy, Organizational Development & Change Management and interested to work with a vision to make him/her prepared for future leadership role of the Company are requested to apply for the following position.
∎ Position: Lead, HR Strategy & Organizational Development (1 position)
∎ Job Grade: Preferably PO to SPO, however job grade will be offered on the basis of experience & competency level of the selected candidate
∎ Category of Emplacement: Permanent & Full-time
∎ Job Location: HRD, IFIL, Head Office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all Functions of HR Strategies, Organizational Development & Change Management, Training & Development and Employee Rotations
∎ Convert HR Policies & Procedures into IT based HR Services
∎ Assist in HR process development to convert human resources into human capital
∎ Review and revise HR Policies & procedures to introduce best and legislative HR practices
∎ Develop and Maintain HRIS and Employee Database
∎ Develop online and business-based performance management system
∎ Administer employees’ compensation & benefits and its periodic review
∎ Design and review training programs to meet specific training & learning needs for capacity building of human resources
∎ Assist in Human Resources planning and Manning
∎ Design job satisfaction & motivation strategy for human resources as well as organizational growth for optimum output
∎ Handle employee complains, grievances and disputes
∎ Engage adequate knowledge of legal requirements & regulations affecting HR functions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 06 years working experience along with 2/3 years related HRM experience in Bank/NBFI
∎ IT based knowledge & experience to develop Automation of HRM functions is required.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Career oriented, industrious, sincere with good manner & etiquette
∎ Good written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Problem solving mind-set
∎ Good leadership skills
