Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Circular: “Lead- HR & Admin”

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited has started its journey in 2017 and become leading Tech-Giant with the largest and most sophisticated R&I facilities with wide range of IT Product. It has a well-equipped manufacturing plant which is treated as one of the best manufacturing plants in Bangladesh.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions. The Lead-HR & Admin will be responsible to ensure best Human resource Practices and to developing and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, and ensuring the efficient operation of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

  • Identify HR needs and challenges and develop solutions to address them. Set and achieve HR goals and KPIs & proper utilization of Human Resources.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process & Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet staffing needs also Implement employee retention and career development programs.

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievances.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans. work on continuous HR improvement.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor relations. Optimize administrative processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track HR metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.

  • Prepare reports on HR and administrative activities for senior management. Identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
