Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and target potential clients across web design and development industries.
∎ Conduct market research to create and maintain a robust database of leads.
∎ Craft personalized cold email campaigns that resonate with prospects and drive engagement.
∎ Write personalized and persuasive email copy that captures attention and encourages engagement.
∎ A/B test email copy, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize outreach efforts.
∎ Manage and track lead generation metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
∎ Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and cold email outreach.
∎ Preferred a Graduate from any university
∎ Educational qualifications will be considered for skilled and experienced candidates.
∎ At least 2 years with a proven track record
∎ Proven experience in lead generation and cold email outreach, preferably in a B2B environment.
∎ Strong understanding of email marketing tools and CRM systems.
∎ Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and personalized emails.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
∎ Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook ads, and Google ads is a plus.
