Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduate degree in relevant discipline (e.g., humanitarian, international development, anthropology, social science)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Employment Status: Full-time, or part-time (in case of highly deserving candidates)
∎ Workplace: Based at ESDO Dhaka office, with extensive field visit at the south-western region of Bangladesh

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) plus experience on humanitarian, international development. Experience in network and consortia is desired
∎ Video conferencing skills (Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other platforms)
∎ High level of technical proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and use of on-line project management systems such as Slack and Click Up.
∎ Organization skills and strong teamwork
∎ Planning, Foresight and Coordination skills
∎ Time management skills and self-motivated
∎ Strong presentation and writing skills, including project documentation and public communication
∎ Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to foster a culture of innovation and to work with different actors
∎ Ability to empowering and influence teams where you have not had direct managerial responsibility
∎ Flexibility and ability to travel to the Sundarban coalitions when the need arises.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on experience
