Job Context:
∎ An exciting new opportunity to lead the eCommerce team of the praniSheba Shop has become available. This is a permanent full time role.
∎ As the eCommerce Manager, you will have the responsibility of setting up and managing the praniSheba Shop`s overall functions. You will be responsible for day to day running of the Shop, ensuring its increased traction over time and also creating business development opportunities. Leading your own team, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.
∎ What we are looking for:
∎ The successful candidate will be an experienced team player with demonstrated flairs for leadership. They will have project management skills with demonstrated experience within the logistics, warehousing, product sourcing, business development, marketing, sales generation and/or operations space. With a passion for eCommerce, you will be highly efficient in managing stakeholders, meeting deadlines and ensuring project outcomes are achieved.
∎ This role reports to the MD & CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating eCommerce sales and meeting up targets
∎ Devising digital and offline marketing plans for e-commerce platform
∎ Exploring offline business opportunities and supplier onboarding
∎ Closely work with software developers for continuous improvement of pranishebashop.com.bd
∎ Manage stock availability, warehousing and delivery procedures
∎ Monitor stock movement to ensure optimal warehousing practices are met
∎ Implement operational process improvement initiatives
∎ Track project milestones to ensure successful outcomes
∎ Manage the implementation of multiple dynamic project implementation process concurrently
∎ Manage a team and contribute to their professional development
∎ Establish, develop and maintain relationships with third party providers
∎ Drive business partnering projects with Buying, Logistics, Store Operations and other key internal departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Selection criteria:
∎ 4+ years' leadership experience with minimum 5-7 years' experience within a relevant field
∎ Tertiary education highly desirable
∎ Have enough knowledge in Digital Marketing for e-commerce platform
∎ Demonstrated experience in warehouse, stock and/or supply chain management
∎ Demonstrated project management experience
∎ Expert problem solving skills with the ability to 'think outside the box'
∎ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders
∎ Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt in high stress situations
∎ Strong commercial and business acumen
∎ Demonstrated strategic planning and implementation of new programs and processes
∎ Proficiency with the Google office suite
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Strong communication skills; both verbal and written; both in Bangla and English
∎ High level of professionalism and dedication
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
