Job Context:
∎ Full time ( Fully Night Shift)
∎ Remote (Willing to move to Rajshahi in future)
∎ Job Overview:
∎ We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Operations Director based in the Bangladesh to manage our team of Philippine based paralegals and lawyers. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team that produces legal work for our US-based clients. In addition, the Operations Director will create and implement operational processes for the team to follow, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with US legal standards.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the legal team.
∎ Hire, train, and manage a team of paralegals and lawyers.
∎ Develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
∎ Ensure all legal work produced meets US legal standards.
∎ Coordinate with US-based clients to understand their legal needs and ensure they are met.
∎ Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of US law and legal procedures.
∎ Resolve any issues or challenges related to the legal work produced.
∎ Ensure the team adheres to established policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 130000 - 180000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be increased based on the experience.
