Job Context:

∎ Job Overview:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director based in the Bangladesh to manage our team of bookkeepers, accountants, and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team that produces bookkeeping and accounting work for our US-based clients. In addition, the Operations Director will create and implement operational processes for the team to follow, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with US accounting standards. This position must work US based business hours.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the accounting team.
∎ Hire, train, and manage a team of bookkeepers, accountants, and CPAs.
∎ Develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
∎ Ensure all accounting work produced meets US accounting standards.
∎ Coordinate with US-based clients to understand their accounting needs and ensure they are met.
∎ Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of US accounting laws and regulations.
∎ Resolve any issues or challenges related to the accounting work produced.
∎ Ensure the team adheres to established policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 60 years

∎ Proven experience as an Operations Director or similar leadership role.
∎ Experience in the accounting field, preferably with knowledge of US accounting standards.
∎ Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in English and familiarity with accounting terminology.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA certification is a plus.
∎ Ability to manage and lead a team.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 120000 - 150000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be increased based on the experience.

∎ Weekly 2 holidays.
