Job Context:
∎ Full time (Fully Night Shift)
∎ Remote (Willing to move to Rajshahi in future)
∎ We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Operations Director based in the Bangladesh to manage our team of digital marketers. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team that produces SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design, and general digital marketing work for our US-based clients. In addition, the Operations Director will create and implement operational processes for the team to follow, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with US digital marketing standards. This position must work US based business hours.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the digital marketing team.
∎ Hire, train, and manage a team of digital marketers.
∎ Develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
∎ Ensure all digital marketing work produced meets US digital marketing standards.
∎ Coordinate with US-based clients to understand their digital marketing needs and ensure they are met.
∎ Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of US digital marketing trends and best practices.
∎ Resolve any issues or challenges related to the digital marketing work produced.
∎ Ensure the team adheres to established policies and procedures.

∎ Proficiency in English and familiarity with digital marketing terminology.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
∎ Ability to manage and lead a team.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 130000 - 180000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be increased based on the experience.

∎ Weekly 2 days off (Saturday & Sunday)
