Job Context:
∎ A reputed buying office is looking for Senior Wash Technician (Garments) with good knowledge of Washing Chemicals, Machinery, Dry and Wet Processes for Twill & Denim Bottoms.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka. With regular travel to laundries and factories located all over Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for wash development of garments.
∎ Identify good laundries.
∎ Set up wash recipe as per approved standard.
∎ Work with Factory and Laundry Team to set up bulk procedure.
∎ Work out daily capacity for each process after visiting each laundry.
∎ Work out washing cost.
∎ Monitor bulk washing quality.
∎ Must have good knowledge of laundry Health & Safety, ETP and other best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years working in garment laundries.
∎ Good knowledge of chemicals, equipment, machinery and wash processes.
∎ Good knowledge of suitable chemical and equipment suppliers.
∎ Must be able to demonstrate step-by-step process of garment wash as per buyer standard.
∎ Preference shall be given to candidates with training and certification on wash workshops conducted by reputed US and EU Apparel brands.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
