Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering
∎ Masters degree will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the production shifts of a big washing plant of daily capacity about 45,000 pcs.
∎ To be directly involved with all departments from planning to delivery.
∎ To be able to efficiently troubleshoot problems during bulk production.
∎ To be able to work independently.
∎ To be able to provide active assistance to wet process sample department, including direction on recipe to achieve buyer's required standard.
∎ Must be able to communicate in English (Verbal and Writing).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must also possess adequate knowledge on overall woven garments, especially denim. Must understand the process of sewing, quality and shade approval.
∎ Must have experience of yarn dyeing & Garments Dyeing.
∎ Conversant with computer application.
∎ Willingness to work long hours.
∎ Communication skilled.
∎ Conversant about production planning & coordinating.
Salary: Negotiable
