Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have proven experience in land surveying, with top priority given to candidates experienced in operating Total Station equipment.
∎ Operate and maintain survey instruments such as Total Stations, Theodolites, GPS devices, and leveling tools to ensure accurate measurements.
∎ Monitor, record, and report any site-level deviations, discrepancies, or inconsistencies from approved designs.
∎ Conduct as-built surveys and prepare corresponding reports, sketches, and documentation for project records.
∎ Ensure proper calibration and functioning of all surveying instruments on site.
∎ Assist in the alignment and layout of excavation works, basement structures, footings, and slab levels.
∎ Collaborate closely with engineers to translate architectural and structural drawings into precise site markings.
∎ Verify accuracy of site levels, column positioning, and foundation layouts during various stages of construction.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
