Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the task of laboratories:
∎ Follow the activities and good running of the 4 homologated laboratories. Audited quarterly to check the procedure of testing is as per the prescribed methods and laboratory environment. Thoroughly check the reports coming from labs and ensure all the reports as per policy and legal requirements.
∎ Coordinate the task of Chemical Management:
∎ To ensure the health and safety of the stakeholders, share idea and requirements with factory and follow-up factory factories practice.
∎ In-House Lab Accreditation Project:
∎ To ensure better control on production with decrease the cost and lead time.
∎ Detox Campaign:
∎ The target to eliminate all the hazardous chemicals from products and from the environment by 2025, analysis the partners' strength and weakness, training and audit and evaluation.
∎ Claim settlement:
∎ Prepare RCA on any kind of customer or regulatory claim. Prepare a constructive way to settle claim followed by local and HQ guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in this field.
∎ Candidates who has an experience in any European (fashion) brand office will have priority
∎ English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is must
∎ Self-motivated with good time management, competency to drive the team to achieve company goals.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
