∎ Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.

∎ Preference will be given to students of public universities.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill with Microsoft Office, Excellent communication (Both Bangla and English).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Chemical and physical testing of samples such as fabrics, garments, accessories, and other soft goods among others to determine performance properties as well as other characteristics.
∎ Accurately complete and maintain all laboratory reports. Under supervision, develop, write, review, perform and validate test methods, laboratory SOPs, and other department level operating and quality documents.
∎ Performing daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Assurance/Quality Control checks on equipment. Assist in keeping inventory of laboratory chemicals and equipment necessary for the day-to-day functioning of the laboratory and in compiling a list of supplies to be ordered when needed.
∎ Calibration/verification tasks and ensure compliance with all required local and federal safety processes and procedures and maintaining clean hazard free work environment.
∎ Limited internal support to marketing, sales, customer service, and laboratory operations regarding the test, report, and other technical information. Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. also, Basic Knowledge About ERP System.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management.
