Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ BSc. / BEgn. in Textile/wet process or Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology from any recognized university.

Color Recipe, Fabric testing, Lab testing, Laboratory/ Testing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the overall activities of the Dyeing Lab and Research & Development related works of the Textile Plant.
∎ To lead the Dyeing Chemical/Colo8r labs and ensure development of sample Fabrics of different Buyers as per the required colors/styles & other specifications in a cost-effective way.
∎ To lead the Research & Development team and develop new/innovative sample of Finished Fabrics to attract Buyers for providing future orders.
∎ To manage the testing of textile materials and other related materials in accordance with established test methods.
∎ To keep the record of batch-to-batch recipe reports.
∎ To be able to answer buyers' technical issues. Must have work experience to face 3rd party audit.
∎ To review the submitted samples and the TRF (test request form).
∎ To keep liaison with the Production Team for their in-time Testing result for the Sample or Bulk Production.
∎ To keep Update all the chemical Lab Testing machine by conducting regular calibration.
∎ To keep the record of the Testing Reports able to maintain all the laboratory related docs, timely updated when required.
∎ To update the Management with the results findings and methods of the works.
∎ To be able to issue reports within time and given feedback to merchant team if they arise any questions.
∎ To maintain the Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard and take proper necessary steps to avoid theses.
∎ To analyze test data and obtain test reports as per the requirement.
∎ To maintain records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials and Perform Sample registration for report generation in laboratory software.
∎ To ensure proper Documentation of dye recipes and processes for each fabric order, for future reference.
∎ To ensure defective sample 'Hold' in laboratory software to revised submission/revised action from customer.
∎ To match according to the customer standard.
∎ To Mesmerism controlling recipe.
∎ To select Chemical & Color combination.
∎ To prepare shade Matching Recipe development.
∎ To facilitate training for all executive & technicians to develop their lab-dip accuracy & lab dip area M/c.
∎ To maintain healthy and smooth atmosphere within the department and unit.
∎ To co-ordinate with other internal department & marketing also.
∎ To be responsible of overall lab color matching department.
∎ To follow the instruction of senior persons.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Textile plant's lab, Garments Laboratory, Lab testing, textile lab, sample development & bringing successful results
∎ Supportive for any software/ related to dyeing chemical test equipment.
