Scope of the Role:

• A mushroom tissue culture Lab Incharge is primarily responsible for supporting lab operations, maintaining sterile conditions, handling lab instruments, mature mushroom harvest, propagating fungal cultures and spawn bag preparation. Their duties involve a mix of technical, operational, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and contamination-free production.
