Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferably graduation in Textile/Chemistry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of shade matching with Swatch for submission of Lab Dip.
∎ Shade match in Pilot Plant before bulk production with approved Lab Dip.
∎ Perform routine tests to determine if the products meet certain standards.
∎ Analyses the samples, compile data and interpret the results,
∎ Monitoring quality control using testing procedures.
∎ Handle corrosive or harmful substances and so careful working practices and protective clothing are essential.
∎ Performs testing on trial runs of experimental & modified products & qualifications trials of new product/process.
∎ Accountable for writing reports summarizing results, data & condition of tests procedures used.
∎ Work closely with the PD, R&D and Merchandising team in order to foresee production bottlenecks and quality problems.
∎ Closely follow the development sample.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08-10 years working experience.
