Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering /B.Sc. in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Color m/c operating & daily calibration, master calibration to be maintained .
∎ Recipe prediction from data color as per standard swatch /QTX
∎ Clear concept on manual /auto pipetting with dispensing & lab machine operating with all related functions.
∎ Familiar with Reactive , Disperse, Acrylic & Vat dyes for cotton, CVC, wool , viscose, PES dyeing application in exhaust and continuous both process .
∎ Good concept in European & branded dyes-chemicals for related color matching with fixation & migration of individual dyes.
∎ Lab dip recipe preparation with proper dyes selection and submission to buyer & as well as floor .
∎ Costing analysis during the selection of dyes and recipe preparation.
∎ Better correlation between dyeing production floor to approved lab dip, dye lot .
∎ Yarn lot wise color recipe check and to be provide in production floor in regular basis.
∎ Data color report to be provide related sewing factory , quality dept & production unit .
∎ Lab manpower management with official communication through mail.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience - 10 years in reputed Knit Dyeing factory
