∎ Under the Humanitarian and Resilience Program, Knowledge Management and Learning Coordinator (KMLC) will be responsible for identifying, documenting, packaging, and disseminating key information through various communication materials and program reports emanating from program results with a view to advancing key learnings that will contribute towards improving the quality of program implementation. The position is responsible for leading and facilitating development and implementation of knowledge-driven programming, continuous learning and evidence-based decision-making processes within CARE and Partner organizations. S/he will also be responsible for humanitarian and resilience proposal development efforts in collaboration with PEARL.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years of experience in knowledge management related to disaster risk reduction, climate change, disaster management.
∎ Knowledge in gender focused approach to development, DRR and resilience.
∎ Demonstrated capacity to work with teams
∎ Experience in organizing knowledge sharing events involving community, practitioners and researchers and policy makers.
∎ Strong communication, report writing and presentation skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skills on computer software e. g MS office, internet.
