Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Anthropology, Development Management, Development Studies, or Social Sciences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1 Support knowledge and information management related to implementation of the SHOUHARDO III Learning Strategy.
∎ Documentation of all key activities and learning points for program's and stakeholders' use in order to facilitate replication of good practices and learning.
∎ Ensure effective process of collecting and disseminating lessons learnt from program initiatives such as pilots, researches and evaluations.
∎ Support the implementation of Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation framework in the program.
∎ Support the report-writing of program documents, while also ensuring that these meet the donor requirements on branding and marking.
∎ Support SHOUHARDO III and Country Office as necessary to organize, package, utilize and disseminate relevant information to inform program implementation and for external audiences.
∎ Identify new areas and analyze existing knowledge management support in the program.
∎ Support building technical evidence base of the program through studies and research and the findings to pitch into advocacy conversations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7- 8 years of experience in strategic communications, media engagement, donor reporting, and project design, data collection and analysis. At least 5 years' experience in Managerial role in relevant field.
∎ Significant experience working on USAID or other large, bi-lateral donor agency projects in project management or technical role.
∎ Highly analytical with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Proficient skills in reporting and presentation in English is mandatory.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, build consensus and work successfully with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of food security programming.
