∎ Minimum 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing, project reporting, or knowledge management.
∎ Strong understanding of donor funding mechanisms and proposal requirements.
∎ Excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
∎ Experience in working with international donors, NGOs, or development agencies is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and analyze RfPs from donor agencies and funding organizations.
∎ Develop compelling project proposals that align with donor requirements and organizational objectives.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development.
∎ Prepare detailed interim and final project reports as per donor guidelines.Monitor project progress and collect necessary data for reporting purposes.
∎ Ensure timely submission of reports to donors and relevant stakeholders.Develop and maintain a database of project proposals, reports, and lessons learned.
∎ Document best practices and success stories from implemented projects.Support in the dissemination of project findings through reports, presentations, and other knowledge-sharing platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality project proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RfPs) from donor agencies and ensuring effective reporting on project implementation. This role requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to support the organization’s project acquisition and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The position will be recruited under the direct supervision of the Managing Director of MMCL.
