Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting of all operational work of Knitting activities.
∎ Ensure best fabric with right quality of fabric, conformity with the approved PP Sample Fabric or Buyer Requirement and Standard.
∎ Work with Concern departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Develop the Quality Standard, rules and regulations for achieving the Quality of the Fabric.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as quality parameters.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity.
∎ Assist Internal Department in all operational matters.
∎ ** Special Note: Responsible for overall management of operational activities of the group mainly related to Knit Composite Garments Industry located at Jirani Bazaar (Opposite to B.K.S.P), Gazipur.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Apply only, who have 3 -4 years’ experience as GM/DGM, Knitting with reputed knitting factory.
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Management / Leadership Quality.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Honesty & Integrity.
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
