∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Knitting expert will observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary.
∎ The Knitting expert will make a Recycled Yarn Hand Book to set up and operate circular knitting machines with multiple bobbins, creel thread into the machine, and doff completed fabric.
∎ The Knitting expert will follow up move controls or mount feeders, scanners, or templates in machines to set feed rates.
∎ The Knitting expert will teach the machine operator to perform minor machine maintenance, such as oiling or cleaning machines, dies, or workpieces, or adding coolant to machine reservoirs.
∎ The Knitting Expert will be checked for routine maintenance of the machines as well as replacing needles and making small adjustments when needed.
∎ The Knitting expert needs to be capable and will go up and down stairs (2-3 steps) to make adjustments to the machine as necessary.
∎ Independently manage circular knitting machines to train up the operators to run the Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib Interlock etc.
∎ Capable of handling customer complaints and managing the entire knitting related problems.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize Knitting cost & process loss.
∎ Analytical skills on Knitting & quality issue and capable to select & set Knitting recipe.
∎ Assist Production Department regarding any technical issues and train all operational peoples in all operational matters to get quality output.
∎ Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery of complaints goods.
∎ Ensure Yarn/Fabric quality as per customers' quality standards.
∎ Solve customer complaints problems through discussion with higher authority.
∎ Be responsible for fabrics related quality matters and follow up fabric quality level by using 4 Points System.
∎ Carry out any other assignment given by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Circular Knitting Machine
∎ Knowledge and understanding of the Total Quality Management system for Circular Knitting Machine.
∎ Knowledge about Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and quality checking procedure for Circular Knitting Machine.
∎ Well-groomed, smart and energetic problem solving and result oriented
∎ Strong knowledge in quality management system and all kinds of Audit.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, IT proficiency - skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should have good knowledge of yarn characteristics and updated knitting technology.
∎ Good leadership and motivational skill.
∎ Ability to communicate at all levels.
∎ Be responsible for strong factory management and lateral correspondence.
