∎ Minimum 4 years working experience in kids Wear Merchandising.
∎ Must have sound knowledge & skills in KIDS WEAR both woven & knits goods.
∎ PRO level communication skills in English.
∎ Knowledge of product development process
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to prioritize and multitask
∎ Strong analytical and decision-making skills
∎ Ability to interact with varying personalities
∎ Must have ability to present a professional and informative product and trend assortment to those both inside and outside the organization
∎ Proficient in MS Office and Google
∎ Knowledge of product development process and brand management
∎ Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
∎ Should have sound personality to lead the team as well as a good team member.
∎ Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity.
∎ Minimum 4 years working experience in kids Wear Merchandising.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and maintain the design calendar and development process to ensure timely completion.
∎ Executes merchandising strategies and seasonal line plans to build profitable assortments that will meet internal margin goals.
∎ Understand target customer strategies to provide competitive analysis to enhance brand strategies and opportunities.
∎ Research in conjunction with design new fabrics and concepts and communicate market trends to identify new business opportunities
∎ Analyze retail sales with planning and design team to identify opportunities
∎ Work with marketing department to ensure brand image is consistent
∎ Interface with all functional areas of the business (design, sales, sourcing, marketing) to maintain common vision for the company.
∎ Responsible for creating and adhering to budgets for samples & trims.
∎ Work directly with upper management on all facets of merchandising and design projects
∎ Build and maintain relationships with strategic brand partners
∎ Responsible for mentoring and developing Junior members of the team with regular one to ones and review meetings
∎ Acting as a key contact for Merchandise reporting and all aspects of merchandising processes and system use
∎ Any other works as assigned by management.
