Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly sales objectives of the strategic sales team in line with BCP.
∎ Lead and manage the strategic sales team for their individual target achievement.
∎ Meet with new Strategic partners for onboarding.
∎ Ensure existing partners’ anticipated business progress and take initiatives.
∎ Ensure back-end service for incoming leads and smooth installation.
∎ Design and implement the monthly campaign with every individual strategic partner.
∎ Ensure Product availability and Visibility of partners’ outlet/showroom/franchise.
∎ Ensure product & service knowledge of showroom managers and sales executives of strategic partners.
∎ Track and monitor partner-wise sales initiatives and sales closing, month-on-month
∎ Morning meeting with all strategic partners KAM to reconcile the target vs achievement.
∎ To meet the monthly sales target, implement strategic planning with partners.
∎ Maintain liaison with cross-functional teams for smooth strategic sales operations.
∎ JOB SCOPE SUMMARY:
