∎ Dynamic and extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven experience in client servicing and relationship management.
∎ Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
∎ Proficiency in spreadsheets and a strong ability to work with numbers.
∎ Strong organisational and fleet management skills.
∎ Ability to pitch and present new products convincingly.
∎ Leadership experience with a track record of managing a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
∎ Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
∎ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
∎ Fleet Management:
∎ Oversee the management and optimization of fleet operations.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and operational teams to ensure efficient fleet utilization.
∎ Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements as needed.
∎ Pitch Products to Existing/New Clients:
∎ -dentify opportunities to introduce new products to clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations.
∎ Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products.
∎ Team Leadership and Daily Operations:
∎ Supervise and mentor a team of 2-4 people.
∎ Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
∎ Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and extroverted Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships and have excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheets and a strong aptitude for numbers are also essential for this role.
