∎ The role of Key Account Manager is a role designed for ensuring top notch customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent customer support and services to the merchants and end customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients to negotiate and establish new partnerships.
∎ Explore market and onboard client as per business requirements.
∎ Effective & Persuasive communication skill to maintain connections with the client for sustainable business relationship.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with the internal team to resolve any issues.
∎ Prepare and share business reporting time to time.
∎ Quick Execution of work & ruthless prioritization to ensure business growth as per expectation and beyond.
∎ Initiate ideas and develop strategy in the area of business development to bring evolutionary changes.
