Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Primary responsibility is to lead and develop testing & inspection business on textile and other products within Bangladesh/ India/ Middle East/ Africa for Retails / Global Key Accounts within the organization.
∎ He/she will be responsible for leading, developing and coordinating all local activities aligned with regional activities regarding these client account/s and ensuring targets are met.
∎ He/she will be located in Dhaka, Bangladesh as the part of the regional retail team and responsible for driving the development and targets to meet the needs of the TUVR business locally as well as regionally and globally.
∎ Responsible for the respective Global Key Account/s assigned within the region including Bangladesh.
∎ Developing specific local account strategies (incl. forecast, target settings) and action plans.
∎ Ensure the local strategy is aligned with regional as well as global teams and strategies.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance for the Bangladesh team utilizing the support network within TUV Rheinland Group
∎ Overall account responsibility in global pricing for optimization of services and processes taking customer's requirements into consideration (including cross selling activities).
∎ Ensure sales pipeline management is created and driven for future (global) key accounts.
∎ Support local sales activities in Bangladesh to ensure the global accounts have both a local and global presence.
∎ Internally own personnel development to develop leadership skills and knowledge of the wider TUVR business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Business acumen, sound knowledge on TIC industry is must.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): TIC Industry, Textile industry, hardline and electrical
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/Textile, Third Party Testing, Inspection & Certification company
∎ Should have working experiences in 3rd party Testing, Inspection & Certification companies.
∎ Computer literacy (MS office package with good typing speed, internet & email) is must.
∎ Excellent communication skill (verbal & written) and presentation skill in English is highly required.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Maintaining integrity, high morale, personal & business ethics.
∎ Ability to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients.
∎ Represent company by professional, skilled and high ranked services to the client.
