Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Market visit for new Business opportunities with Samsung products.
∎ Create New business opportunities within assigned territory/vertical set by supervisor.
∎ BO to PO conversion according to business process.
∎ Provide accurate and proper information for order management and delivery as per organizations compliance guideline and SOP.
∎ Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly target set by supervisor to ensure KPI.
∎ Provide forecast to operations team and supervisors on sales forecasting.
∎ Day to day report to supervisor on visit and business updates.
∎ Market intelligence and feedback for BO analysis and scopes.
∎ Be responsible for collection of sales including adjustment of TAX/VAT with Accounts team.
∎ Be responsible for on time communication with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Maintain customer satisfaction on following up after sales support with clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledgeable in Solutions (MDM & App based software) with corporate sales experience.
∎ Experience in Hardware based sales preferred such as IT Equipment, Mobile Devices etc.
∎ Presentable and have professional attire management in office and during client visit.
∎ Well educated in Microsoft Office tools with other business communication platform in email, digital communication etc.
∎ Must be Honest and hardworking person with problem solving skills.
