Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients within the beauty category. Understand clients' needs, goals, and expectations and act as a primary point of contact.
∎ Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for each key account to achieve sales and growth targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies with market trends and consumer preferences.
∎ Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for key accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling beauty products.
∎ Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
∎ Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for key accounts. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with key clients. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the beauty products or brands being represented. Provide clients with product information and training as needed.
∎ Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the beauty industry.
∎ Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analysis tools.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key client.
