We are seeking a talented and results-driven tele-sales and IR agent who can be a key contributor to our company`s success.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting our products and services.

  • Good problem solving skills.

  • Must have good listening skills.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets.

  • Understand the customer’s issue and solve the issue.

  • Target oriented.
