Responsibilities & Context:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for swift resolution and maintaining customer loyalty.
Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate customer interactions, transactions, and feedback records in the CRM system.
Assist in sales administration tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing inventory, and processing sales-related documentation.
