Responsibilities & Context:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for swift resolution and maintaining customer loyalty.

  • Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain accurate customer interactions, transactions, and feedback records in the CRM system.

  • Assist in sales administration tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing inventory, and processing sales-related documentation.
