1. Sales Planning

• Prepare and implement weekly and monthly sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and historical sales data to develop effective sales strategies.

2. Distributor (DB) Management

• Monitor distributor stock levels, order placement, invoicing, and outstanding payments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Conduct regular meetings with distributors to resolve issues, review performance, and execute business growth plans.

3. Sales Team Lead

• Supervise daily activities of the sales representatives and provide necessary guidance to achieve sales targets.

• Improve team performance through territory visits, coaching, and continuous performance monitoring.

4. Market Coverage & Visibility

• Ensure proper route coverage, expansion of new outlets, and increased brand visibility in the assigned territory.

• Strengthen brand presence through trade promotions, POSM utilization, and maintaining merchandising standards.
