• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Experience in Real Estate/ Pharmaceuticals/ Insurance/ Hospitality industries is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Smart, Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.

• Aggressive to meet the sales target.

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

• Researching prospects and generating leads through phone call and Door to door field visit.

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.

• Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.

• Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.

• Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain and update customer database.

• Maintain good relationship with clients.

• Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Team Leader/Cluster Head on regular basis.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
