Education:

Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute hospital marketing and branding strategies
Promote hospital services, packages, and specialties to target audiences
Plan health camps, seminars, CME programs, and promotional events
Planning for branding and promotion is required.
Coordinate outdoor, digital, and print marketing activities
Build and maintain relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers
Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, insurance providers, Bank and NGOs
Identify new business opportunities to increase patient volume and revenue
Oversee social media, website content, and online advertisements
Coordinate with design and digital teams for promotional materials
Monitor online reputation, reviews, and patient feedback
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analysis
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front desk, and administration teams
Ensure consistent communication of hospital services and policies
Represent the hospital in meetings, exhibitions, and networking event
Ensure all marketing activities comply with hospital policies and ethical standards
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct
