Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or key account management.

  • Prior experience in construction materials, steel, cement, FMCG B2B, or industrial products will be preferred.

  • Strong ability to build, grow, and manage a corporate client portfolio.

  • Candidate should be smart, analytical, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • HKG Steel Mills Ltd has been a trusted name in the steel industry since 2012. Located in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, the company produces and sells MS Deformed Bars (rods) of international standards, with a production capacity exceeding 10,000 metric tonnes per month. As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our corporate and institutional sales vertical.

  • HKG Steel produces BUET-tested, BSTI-certified, and PWD-approved MS Deformed Bars. Our ISO-certified manufacturing facility ensures consistent quality, reliability, and adherence to international standards.

  • The Corporate Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding and managing the company’s corporate sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong corporate client portfolio, including real estate developers, construction companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure firms, and institutional buyers.

  • Lead end-to-end corporate sales activities, from client acquisition and negotiations to order execution and relationship management.

  • Handle and close large-volume corporate orders, ensuring timely coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams.

  • Identify new corporate sales opportunities, tenders, and long-term supply agreements.

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to remain competitive in the corporate segment.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, client reports, and performance updates for management.

  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery, payment collection, and post-sales support.
