Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
Actively generate leads through phone calls, emails, digital platforms, and referrals
Convert leads into sales through strong follow-ups and persuasion
Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and client meetings
Execute sales and marketing channel activation initiatives
Maintain and update client database and sales pipeline
Handle objections, negotiations, and deal closures professionally
Coordinate with marketing team to maximize lead conversion
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
