Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure proper and effective monitoring of field force activities.

• Follow up and track performance and daily activities of the sales field force.

• Prepare and manage route plans for sales and retail teams and ensure regular monitoring.

• Verify and check TADA bills submitted by the field force.

• Prepare, analyze, and submit all types of sales reports as per management requirements.

• Coordinate with sales and retail teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales operations.

• Support management with timely operational data and insights.
