Responsibilities & Context:
· Find a distributor for the assigned area and maintain & develop a relationship with the distributor.
· Recruit & train executives for assigned area.
· Lead, develop, and monitor the field force to ensure sales target achievement.
· Meet the target of primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s objective.
· Maintain and update customer databases
· Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trends, consumer behavior, and business plans.
· Develop action plans to identify potential markets/clients along with new sales opportunities.
· Identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
· M/C. mechanics & others when the company requires.
· Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior authority.
