Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of Bachelor degree in BBA/B.Sc /equivalent from any reputed university.
∎ Professional certification on SCM will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM (Sourcing & Procurement) functionalities to enhance organization's business performance.
∎ Perform analysis of business process requirements and communicate the requirement with senior MM consultant to find best suited solution and document business processes and requirements.
∎ Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and transfer system knowledge to key stakeholders on sourcing and material management area.
∎ Design, configuration and testing of core material management module based on best practices.
∎ Identify process gaps, issues and work around solutions to mitigate those gaps.
∎ Prepare documentation such as business blueprint, functional specifications; create test plans, process flow documentations, proof of concepts and conduct user trainings.
∎ Act as liaison for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
∎ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
∎ Work self-directed and independently.
∎ Work with other module's functional consultants to verify proper integration with MM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Work experience in Supply Chain/Procurement will be an added advantage.
∎ End user experience in SAP MM module or any other global ERP software will be given preference.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Strong communication skill.
