Additional Requirements: - 0–1 years of experience in software or technology sales (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of SME software solutions such as ERP, CRM, HRM, or Billing systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Ability to present software solutions and give product demonstrations to clients on-site or online.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting customers in person for presentations or follow-ups.
- Experience (or willingness) in cold calling and handling inbound/outbound phone calls to convert leads into customers.
- Ability to pick up and respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Capable of managing and nurturing leads from various sources (calls, emails, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Good understanding of the sales pipeline process — from prospecting to closing deals.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and persuasive attitude.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the city or to client locations when required.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand software features and explain them simply.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Professional appearance, energetic personality, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends or extended hours if required for client meetings or events.
Responsibilities & Context: Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make outbound calls and in-person visits to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Respond to inquiries, overcome objections, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Achieve Sales Targets
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
Customer Interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate prices and terms to secure agreements.
- Ensure timely deal closures while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Ensure prompt collection of payments.
Problem Solving & Customer Support
- Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers and generate leads through cold calling / tele-sales, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with product presentations, demos, and discussions to explain Nextzen’s solutions and services clearly.
- Close small to medium deals; negotiate terms under guidance.
- Track and report sales activities, pipelines, leads, and achieved targets (daily / weekly / monthly) to sales manager.
- Support marketing / sales strategy by gathering market intelligence — competitors, industry trends, customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical, customer support) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Handle post-sales follow-ups: ensure customer satisfaction, resolve minor issues, feedback collection.
